- You have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to request a return of your item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. Provide them with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
- Please pack the item securely and attach the provided return shipping label.
- After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Mattresses, mattress toppers, and pillows cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are deemed defective.
- Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective item or an error made by Martinezzz Sleep.
